Yummiz is all about making healthy choices without sacrificing flavor and fun. We developed a brand identity that stands out, bursting with flavor, making audiences happy and hungry, ideally both.
Yummiz launched as a D2C brand but pivoted to B2B after the initial year to further pursue their mission to make a bigger positive impact through company lunches and catering. The brand identity evolved with it. Keeping the vibrant en positive appearance while shifting target audience and tone.
Yummiz is a great example of the value of a strategically anchored and a conceptually sound brand identity. We made sure the identity could grow and move with the brand on the go.
Hands-on creativity
Being a startup in a very competitive space, Yummiz requires a make-do mindset; moving fast from ideation to execution, keeping communicative lines short and turnaround times even shorter. On many occassions, we had to find resourcefull solutions to overcome practical hurdles and make our vision a reality.
Over the course of three years, my role included anything and everything from Strategy, Art Direction, Design, Motion Design, Packaging Design, Copywriting, and Activations.
Unfortunately, in the end, Yummiz had to close their doors. But for me personally, this was one of the most rewarding and fun collaborative experiences as a hybrid creative. With a lot of creative freedom and executional responsibilities. Oh, and so much truly amazing food. Believe me, I had my fair share of tasting. Plus a little extra.
